VISTA —- As investigators probe whether a 92-year-old driversuspected of fatally hitting a 15-year-old skateboarder and drivingaway committed a crime, a Vista traffic sergeant says the teen’sdeath is the latest of three local skateboarding tragedies thatshow the perils of nighttime skating.
