ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — A 6-year-old boy was hit while skateboarding with friends this afternoon on Royal Road, according to police. The boy was found by a passerby, injured and lying on the side of Royal Road near Vassar Road. Police said it’s possible he was struck by a vehicle that left the scene.
